Edificio con da\u00f1o estructural por sismo del 2017<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Este edificio con 40 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad tuvo da\u00f1o estructural por el sismo de 2017. Se reforzaron las columnas de carga desde la base de cimentaci\u00f3n, iniciando en el s\u00f3tano y hasta el 5o piso, ensanchando las columnas con refuerzo de acero y concreto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Condominio con inundaciones constantes<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El \u00e1rea de jard\u00edn central de este condominio sufr\u00eda inundaciones constantes debido a las lluvias. Como carec\u00eda de un sistema de drenaje, los inmuebles tambi\u00e9n se inundaban en su interior.<\/p>

Se canalizaron las aguas pluviales elaborando registros captadores de agua pluvial, llev\u00e1ndola hacia el registro sobre la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>

Para no romper el piso de las instalaciones (sal\u00f3n de eventos), se emple\u00f3 una m\u00e1quina rompedora subterr\u00e1nea, lo que evit\u00f3 gastos mayores y una soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima del problema.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El suelo de este condominio sufr\u00eda de falta de consistencia, lo que provoc\u00f3 que un arbol estuviera en riesgo de caer encima de un inmueble y que la presi\u00f3n del suelo fracturara un muro de contenci\u00f3n en diferentes secciones con riesgo a romperse.<\/p>

Esto provocar\u00eda que el talud de tierra se deslizara y el muro se rompiera en pedazos, ambos cayendo sobre los inmuebles cercanos impactando las construcciones y da\u00f1ando su estructura severamente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
